Scheduling 

You may begin the process of making an appointment by clicking the make an appointment tab or you may simply call 207-782-2223. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message and we will get back to you.

Your Visit

Initial Visit: I allow 90 minutes for a new patient appointment. At a new patient appointment time is spent reviewing your history, then a brief physical exam followed by an osteopathic treatment.

Follow-up Visit: I allow 45 minutes for a follow-up appointment. I try to allow at least 30 minutes for osteopathic treatment.

CANCELLATIONS

A courtesy of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. Charges will apply for any visit that is cancelled within 24 hours.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of each visit. Payment by Check, Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards are all accepted. We accept all insurance and if you have any concerns regarding payment. Please call our office at 207-782-2223

Clothing

You should wear clothing that is most comfortable for you. Work clothes are fine. Gym clothes or sweat suits are not necessary but are also perfectly acceptable. Please have a fresh pair of socks at your appointment.

Fragrances

Please do not wear any fragrances, others may have sensitivities to any kind of fragrance.

Cell Phones

Please be considerate of others and silence or turn off your cell phone when in the office.
